Mentoring Cell

Mentoring cell is one of the most applauded practices in this college to pair students with mentors to help them to develop a sense of direction in academic progress, skill development, personal growth, co-curricular activities and self-reflection. Mentoring cell functions under the guidance of the principal and the optional teachers act as the mentors to both B. Ed. and M. Ed. students. We maintain a 1:10 ratio in between mentor and mentee. The mentors actively develop psychological support to the students and help to build confidence and healthy relationships among them. This is a continuous process till the end of academic career of the student.
