WELLNESS CLUB

Wellness is the quality of life and an act of maintaining physical as well as mental healthy habits in daily life. Wellness club aims to inculcate awareness among students on aspects of personal health and overall well-being of an individual. The club ensures physical and mental wellness of the students through practicing yoga, zumba, various exercises, recreational activities and games. Wellness club maintains a healthy environment in the college campus to ensure the wellness of each and every individual in the college.

Objectives

  • To make the students aware about the importance of physical and mental wellness in the life of an individual.
  • To help the students to practice the activities to maintain physical as well as mental wellness.
  • To help the students to modify their behaviour towards the attainment of optimum health.
