The Event Planning Cell in the college is established to meticulously plan and execute various college events, ensuring they are organized efficiently and run smoothly. This includes events such as merit day, specific celebrations, college day, and other important functions, fostering a vibrant and cohesive college community.

Norms for Planning an Event

  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for team members
  • Assign tasks based on individual strengths and interests.
  • Outline expected expenses and funding sources to the management well in advance.
  • Develop a comprehensive timeline for event planning and execution.

  • Encourage active participation from students, faculty, and staff in event planning and execution.

  • Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly practices in event planning, such as reducing waste, using recyclable materials, and promoting digital invitations.
