Guidance and Counselling

The guidance and counselling cell of the college assists in providing guidance and support to students by the teaching faculty and offering a safe and supportive space for students to address their academic, personal, and emotional challenges. The students can freely approach Guidance and Counselling cell regarding various aspects of their life. The cell deals with personal problems and also issues related to peer problems. 

Objectives:

  • Academic Support: Assisting students with academic difficulties, time management, study skills, and career guidance.
  • Personal and Social Development: Helping students develop positive self-esteem, interpersonal skills, and coping mechanisms.
  • Emotional Well-being: Providing support for students experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, or depression.
  • Career Guidance: Assisting students in exploring career options, making informed choices, and developing career plans.
  • Personal Counselling: Offering individual counselling sessions to address personal issues and concerns.

Services 

  • Individual counselling: One-on-one sessions to address personal and academic concerns.
  • Group counselling: Addressing common issues through group discussions and support.
  • Workshops and seminars: Conducting workshops on various topics like stress management, time management, and career planning.
