Wellness is the quality of life and an act of maintaining physical as well as mental healthy habits in daily life. Wellness club aims to inculcate awareness among students on aspects of personal health and overall well-being of an individual. The club ensures physical and mental wellness of the students through practicing yoga, zumba, various exercises, recreational activities and games. Wellness club maintains a healthy environment in the college campus to ensure the wellness of each and every individual in the college.
